This comprehensive book presents an appetizing program on juicing — a nutrient-dense approach to eating — appealing to parents of young children who have the challenge of encouraging adequate vegetable intake.
I was inspired by the fresh colours in the photography to find coloured icons for each ingredient (see excerpt from the table of contents at right), augmented by the talents of illustrator Scott Mooney.

The author provided a nutrient table for each of the 100 juices, which I presented as simply and clearly as possible at the bottom of each recipe, using Chartwell, a font that allows quick graph creation. Below are are few spreads from the book.
